Teacher to Lift Dinnie Stones
The motion
That the Parliament supports the Fraserburgh Academy teacher, Andy Crawford, in attempting to lift the Dinnie Stones in memory of his gran; recognises that the stones have a combined weight of 332.49kg and have to be lifted off the ground for more than five seconds; notes that donations will be shared between Cancer Research UK and new sports equipment for the school, and wishes Andy the best of luck in his endeavour.
