North Ayrshire Cats Protection Reaches Milestone
The motion
That the Parliament commends North Ayrshire Cats Protection, based in Kilwinning, for rehoming its 5,000th cat since opening; understands that the Cats Protection branch was started in 1999 and has worked tirelessly since to help as many local cats and kittens as possible; notes that the branch is run solely by volunteers, most of whom have full-time jobs, with some having been volunteering for over 20 years; congratulates all the volunteers for reaching an incredible milestone, and wishes the organisation continued success in the future.
