Wishaw Canteen Worker Publishes Children's Book
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Lee Burnside of Wishaw on the publication of her new children’s book; understands that Lee is a member of the canteen staff at Coltness High School in Wishaw and was inspired to turn Marvin the Mouse, a bedtime story she created for her children, into a book; acknowledges her donation of 60 copies of the book to Calderbridge nursery class; commends Lee for her passion, which it considers will help to enrich the lives of young people through her writing, and wishes her every success with the book and in her future endeavours.
