Mayfield and Easthouses Youth 2000 Project Funding
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Mayfield and Easthouses Youth 2000 Project (Y2K) on receiving a £500 award from Asda’s Green Token Giving programme; recognises that nearly 200 local charities and causes across Scotland have previously benefited from Asda awards; understands that Y2K was chosen by Asda customers in Straiton to receive this funding award; acknowledges Y2K’s importance in communities in Midlothian, creating a safe social environment for young people and providing early support to those who need it, and wishes Y2K the best in its future work.
