New Recycling Business for Livingston
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes plans by recycled-paper producer, Saica Group, to build a new £50 million plant in West Lothian; notes that the Livingston site is due to be completed by the end of 2021, and believes that this will bring a welcome boost to the area's economy.
