Pupils in South Lanarkshire Name Gritter Trucks
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates schoolchildren across South Lanarkshire who have named eight new gritting trucks after winning a competition; notes that South Lanarkshire Council launched a competition in 2019 to find the best names for the new gritter trucks; understands that the winning names include Gritter Thunberg, Spread Shearan and Lew-Ice Capaldi, and further notes that these gritters can be tracked on a terrific new app.
