Staggs Pub Named Best in the Lothians
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Staggs, a Musselburgh pub, on being named the best pub in the Lothians; recognises that the pub was chosen by CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) because of its high-quality ale, atmosphere, value for money and community focus; understands that, in 2018, Staggs was named the best pub in Scotland and Ireland for the third time; acknowledges that the 2020 overall winner for Edinburgh and South East will be selected by CAMRA judges soon, and wishes Staggs all the best in its future endeavours.
