New Cumnock Development Trust
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the news that a grant of £131,220 has been awarded to the New Cumnock Development Trust to help it strengthen its ability to deliver various community initiatives, including the development of a strategic plan; notes that the funding will also be used to recruit an additional member of staff and expand the organisation's capacity; recognises the importance of community engagement in ensuring that small rural towns and villages continue to flourish; congratulates the Trust on this grant, and wishes it every success.
