Saje Scotland
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the work of Saje Scotland, which is a Fife-based charity that works with women and girls who have lived with or continue to experience domestic abuse; notes that it has recently published the book, Her-Story Rewritten, which collates the stories of survivors from all walks of life by chronicling their experiences of abuse in all of its forms, which includes control, emotional harm, coercion, physical violence, sexual abuse and humiliation; understands that any profit that is made from this book will go back to the charity to support its work; acknowledges that domestic abuse can happen to anyone, and commends Saje Scotland on its valuable work.
