Paul Fishwick from Alloa Raises Awareness of Local Charity
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Paul Fishwick, who is from Alloa, on completing the equivalent of a half-marathon during his daily exercise routine to raise awareness of the charity, The Gate; understands that Paul had hoped to take part in the town's annual half-marathon, but that this was cancelled following the measures introduced to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak; acknowledges that he completed his alternative run in one hour 58 minutes and 16 seconds; notes that The Gate has thanked Paul and other Clackmannanshire residents for their continued generosity, and commends Paul and The Gate for their exceptional work.
