A Cup of Tea and a Biscuit
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Paterson Arran Ltd (Livingston) and its adopted charity, the Rotary Club of Livingston, for their innovative COVID-19 project, A Cup of Tea and a Biscuit, to distribute catering boxes of biscuits to members of the community; understands that this was set up in response to concerns of staff, members and volunteers for those who have been in isolation for approximately 13 weeks and may be struggling with loneliness, and recognises the efforts and commitment from the members and volunteers of Paterson Arran Ltd (Livingston) and the Rotary Club of Livingston who have prepared and delivered the donated boxes of biscuits to 34 community and care organisations in the Livingston area.
