Tony Macaroni Supports NHS Workers
The motion
That the Parliament commends the efforts by Livingston-based restaurant, Tony Macaroni, which dispensed over 10,000 free pizzas to NHS employees over 25 days during the COVID-19 pandemic; understands that, in addition to stationing a Pizza truck in Livingston, vulnerable and older people in the Lothians were among 3,000 who received free frozen pasta meals after being nominated by Tony Macaroni customers, and acknowledges the sentiment and appreciation shown for NHS frontline workers who have been under pressure at work in recent weeks and months.
