Livingston Firm Empteezy to Produce PPE and Create Jobs
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Livingston firm, Empteezy, on being given a £1 million investment to produce PPE and create new jobs; understands that the manufacturing group specialises in spill control solutions and has created new jobs at the Livingston site; acknowledges that it was founded in 1986 and has grown its operations significantly and now has sites across Europe; understands that it is one of the first manufacturers in Scotland to produce disposable face masks and expects to deliver up to one million items per week, helping provide vital equipment for the public, both in Scotland and overseas, and wishes Empteezy every success with this, and for the future.
