Clydebank Gym Teams Up with Mental Health Charity to Offer Wellbeing Classes
The motion
That the Parliament commends a new gym in Clydebank that has joined up with Men Matter Scotland, which is a mental health charity, to offer free classes to support people’s wellbeing; recognises Chrissy Ennis, owner of Warrior Fitness, who has been supporting the Glasgow comedian and Men Matter ambassador, Gary Faulds, with his mental and physical health for several months, and that he has offered to do the same for other "Bankies", and notes that the gym has stared two free early morning classes each week, which are aimed at supporting people who feel anxious about attending the gym or for those who are struggling with their own mental health issues.
