Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface Long Service Award for Willie Miller, Ochils Mountain Rescue Team
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Willie Miller of the Ochils Mountain Rescue Team on receiving the Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface (CTSI) Long Service Award 2020; understands that Willie received the award for his 40-year commitment to the Ochils Mountain Rescue Team and for his time helping people in the local community; considers that his expertise and passion has been a fundamental part of the team; acknowledges that Willie has saved many lives while holding a number of roles within the team, including team leader, and is still an active callout member; believes that his local knowledge is unparalleled, and commends Willie and the Ochils Mountain Rescue Team for its sterling service to the region.
