Dalbeattie Men's Shed
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the members of the Dalbeattie Men’s Shed for the recent renovation of a 1950’s tricycle; recognises that this project is just one of the excellent pieces of work that the volunteers undertake; welcomes their hard work in carrying out such efforts, which result in interesting products and also address social isolation and support the men to share their skills and create new friendships; acknowledges that this is an important activity under normal circumstances that has become even more important during the COVID-19 pandemic, and supports the members on their ongoing efforts.
