Ark Housing Association
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Ark Housing Association, which delivers care services to vulnerable people, on reporting at its recent virtual AGM that it had received its highest score from the Care Commission; notes that the annual inspection recorded that it had maintained a trend of year-on-year improvements across its 15 registered services, which operate in 12 local authority areas, with its workforce being given special praise for demonstrating an “unstinting devotion to their job during the COVID-19 pandemic’, understands that, as of 25 September 2020, it had no reported cases of COVID-19 among its service users, and commends everyone at Ark for their extremely hard work, diligence and professionalism toward delivering what it believe as are some of the highest level of care services in Scotland.
