Norma Philpott Retires from CARF
The motion
That the Parliament notes the retirement of Norma Philpott as the Chief Executive of Citizens Advice and Rights Fife (CARF) after almost 32 years with the organisation; believes that Norma and her colleagues have been excellent in helping some of the most vulnerable in society in accessing information that they might not otherwise been able to do, including by providing independent, expert help for people who struggle to navigate what it believes can be a convoluted benefits system and helping EU citizens during the Brexit transition; thanks Norma for her years of dedicated service, and wishes her every success in the future.
