Drive-in Music Concert in Bishopbriggs
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Katee Kross from Bishopbriggs on the hugely successful launch of what it believes is the first drive-in music concert in Scotland since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic; commends Katee, Raintown, Huntershill Village and the Bishopbriggs School of Music for organising the sold-out event; praises their ingenuity and inventiveness in bringing live music back to communities in a safe and controlled way in line with COVID-19 regulations; understands the huge impact that the pandemic has had on the creative arts sector; believes this drive-in concert to be a successful template for other organisations to follow within the sector, and wishes Katee, Peter O’Neill and Bishopbriggs School of Music all the best for the future.
