Celebrating 20 Years of CAP in Scotland
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Christians Against Poverty (CAP) on marking 20 years of listening to and advocating for low-income families in Scotland; commends the group for its most recent report, Is Anyone Listening, which explores debt trends and the impact of CAP Services in the last year; understands that 81% of CAP clients have an income lower than the national average but, with CAP assistance, they can improve their financial capabilities and go debt free, and wishes CAP all the best with its important community work.
