Stephen Kirley’s Cycle Challenge
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Stephen Kirley, who is from Coatbridge, on completing a cycling tour of football stadiums to raise money for the Tiny Change’s Mental Health Charity; understands that Stephen cycled more than 2,000km across Scotland and England visiting over 70 football stadiums, and subsequently raised over £2,000 for the charity in the process; recognises that Tiny Changes was set up in memory of Scott Hutchison, best known as the late lead singer of the band, Frightened Rabbit, who sadly died by suicide; notes that Tiny Changes provides support by donating to groups aiding young people’s mental health; commends Stephen for his kind donation and admirable effort, and wishes him all the best.
