Drummond Laurie Accountants Raise £6,000 for Strathcarron Hospice
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the team at Drummond Laurie Accountants in Grangemouth on raising £6,000 for Strathcarron Hospice through a virtual 10k event; understands that the money raised will contribute to the palliative and hospice care of residents under Strathcarron’s guardianship; recognises that this donation will go towards improving the quality of life for many people in the care of the hospice, where valuable funds are required to maintain provisions for families and patients; notes the importance of organisations such as Strathcarron Hospice in providing support and care to both patients and their families at challenging times, particularly throughout the course of the pandemic, and commends Drummond Laurie Accountants for its achievement and fundraising efforts.
