Glasgow Kelvin Venues Success at the Bar and Pub Awards
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Glasgow Kelvin constituency-based Cathedral House Hotel, Glasgow Cocktail Collective, Thornwood Bar, The Pot Still and Piper Whisky Bar on their recent award wins at the Scottish Bar and Pub Awards 2020; understands the awards are now in their 25th year and is Scotland’s longest running licensed trade awards; notes the ceremony took place online this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has had a significant impact on the hospitality trade; acknowledges the contribution that these venues and others across the constituency make to the social and economic fabric of the area, and wishes them continued success.
