Run, Zoe, Run!
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the efforts of Councillor Zoe Hisbent, who represents Kirkcaldy Central, on raising over £1,200 for the Kingdom Kids Christmas Appeal; notes that Zoe committed to running 100km every week throughout November, completing over 408km in total, in a sponsored challenge as part of the Kingdom Kids Christmas appeal, which aims to give every child in Fife, regardless of the financial position of their family, a magical Christmas; acknowledges the importance of this campaign to the children of Fife, particularly this year as so many families find themselves in difficult financial situations as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic; commends her fundraising efforts; notes that donations can be made by visiting justgiving.com/fundraising/zoe-hisbent1, and wishes Zoe every success for the future.
