North of Scotland Best Nail Technician of the Year 2020
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Shannon Mason from Forres on being named Best Nail Technician of the Year 2020 at the North Scotland Hair and Beauty Industry’s Awards’ ceremony, which was held virtually on 29 November, and wishes Shannon every success for the future.
