Dunfermline Press Backing SHIELD Charity Toy Donation Drive
The motion
That the Parliament notes the work being done by the West Fife charity, SHIELD, to collect toys for disadvantaged children at Christmas, and also work by the Dunfermline Press to help to promote the SHIELD toy drive this year; understands that a donation bag will be included with each Dunfermline Press published on 17 December; believes that this is a big-hearted move by the local newspaper and that the communities served by it will respond positively; appreciates the work of everyone involved, and wishes the toy drive every success.
