Dunelm Clydebank Team Going Above and Beyond to Help the Community this Christmas
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the Delivering Joy non-profit campaign that is currently being run by the Dunelm store in Clydebank; understands that the store will be donating Christmas presents to a range of local charities, schools, nurseries, care homes and foodbanks, which will then be gifted to over 250 vulnerable members of the community within West Dunbartonshire; notes that some staff members have been giving up their own time outside of their contracted hours to wrap gifts and to ensure that every single individual on the list of recipients receives a gift; highlights that the campaign would not be possible without the generosity of the store's customers and members of the community; admires their altruistic efforts, and thanks the Dunelm Clydebank team for giving a helping hand to those that need it most in the community during such tough times.
