River Kids Charity Serves West Lothian Community for 15 Years
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates staff and volunteers at River Kids for the support they give to disadvantaged children and their families in West Lothian and the wider community; understands that the charity was founded in 2005 and has since helped thousands of disadvantaged children by providing them with opportunities to reach their full potential through educational, financial and emotional support; commends their efforts in holding an annual toy appeal to ensure that no child is left out either on birthdays or at Christmas time; thanks everyone who volunteers for the charity for their efforts, and wishes River Kids every success for the future.
