East Dunbartonshire’s Community Comes Together to Support Vulnerable Children at Christmas

That the Parliament recognises the efforts of East Dunbartonshire’s Social Work Community Support Team, which has gratefully collecting festive donations as part of its annual Children & Families Christmas Project; understands that the aim is to help ensure that every child in East Dunbartonshire has something to celebrate at Christmas, such as a present, food parcel or voucher for fresh produce; notes that the project would not be successful if it were not for the generosity of the community, as well as the local authority health and social care partnership teams, local organisations, businesses, churches and third sector partners; thanks the team for all that it is doing to support the community, and wishes everyone involved continued success in their fundraising efforts.
