Right to Recovery
The motion
That the Parliament notes the view that everyone in Glasgow and across Scotland should have a right, enshrined in law, to the necessary alcohol and/or drug treatment option that they seek; acknowledges the call for the introduction of new national standards and guidance to increase the accessibility of rehabilitation programmes, and notes support for the establishment of a national funding scheme to ensure that resources swiftly reach frontline treatment services in areas of acute demand.
