The motion

That the Parliament is enthused that the Sauchie Community Group Choir was able recently to hold its first face-to-face practice session for more than a year; understands that the Choir had been relying on sessions using Zoom while the COVID-19 restrictions were in place; notes that it was established over five years ago as a community singing project for performing Christmas carols and has developed to become a dedicated group that regularly performs around Clackmannanshire and across the surrounding region; notes that it is now looking forward to proceeding with concerts, some of which have already been confirmed, and that, in addition to the annual Christmas concert, it has already signed up to perform at some venues; acknowledges that the Choir has been described as a "relaxed, friendly and welcoming group" and that it is eager to recruit new members, and wishes everyone involved with it all the very best and continued success.
