Finlay Graham’s Cycling Success
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Finlay Graham, from Strathpeffer, on his successful Tokyo Paralympic Games; notes his achievement in winning two silver medals for cycling in the Men’s C3 3000m individual pursuit and the Men’s C1-3 road race, in which he crossed the line with a time of 2:05.43; welcomes Great Britain’s success throughout the Paralympics, and wishes Finlay further success in the future.
