Mrs Elsie Skene, the Oldest Person in the North East, Turns 107

The motion

That the Parliament celebrates the 107th birthday of Mrs Elsie Skene, who was born in Aboyne and resides in Insch, Aberdeenshire; understand that Mrs Skene is the oldest person in the north east and second oldest in Scotland; notes that she was born in September 1914, two weeks after the outbreak of the First World War, and wishes Mrs Skene all the very best for the future.
