Ayrshire Cancer Support Hold Fundraiser at Ayr Racecourse

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the charity, Ayrshire Cancer Support, on holding a Fundraising Ball at Ayr Racecourse; notes that the ball was an evening full of dancing, which took attendees on a journey to the “Entertainment Capital of the World” by bringing Las Vegas to Ayr Racecourse; understands that these fundraising events are considered to be extremely important in raising funds to support people living with cancer in Ayrshire; acknowledges that Ayrshire Cancer Support provides emotional support to people affected by cancer by offering free professional counselling services to help alleviate cancer symptoms, and wishes the charity well as it continues its important work in Ayrshire
