That the Parliament celebrates the life of Flying Officer Aubin Bryce, who passed away on 25 October 2021 from motor neuron disease (MND); understands that Flying Officer Bryce showed an extraordinary dedication to the Air Training Corps (ATC) throughout his life, beginning his service with 470 (Falkirk) Squadron in 1963 as a cadet, going on to become an adult volunteer aged 20, and continuing service until 2021; notes that he served in various roles across his 58 years of service, including as Warrant Officer, Commissioned Officer, and serving as Squadron Commanding Officer for 20 years; understands that Flying Officer Bryce’s dedication to the ATC led to his direct involvement in the development and inspiration of thousands of young people across the years in the Falkirk area, many of whom have followed his example, becoming adult volunteers in the ATC, helping to inspire new generations of young people and building on his legacy; further understands that Flying Officer Bryce will be fondly remembered by his friends and colleagues in the Falkirk area and across Scotland, throughout the ATC, and sends condolences to his family at this time.
