Funding for Old St Michael's Hall and Grounds

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Old St Michael’s Hall and Grounds in Crieff on being awarded over £1,300 by the National Lottery Awards for All Fund; understands that the funds will be used to enhance the grounds with an additional bench and more plants; notes that this will enhance the visitor experience at this popular local attraction, which was developed from an abandoned site into a peaceful area containing a memorial garden with planting, paths and information panels; acknowledges that the hall is a community hub that hosts events, clubs and other activities, and is central to community life in the town; recognises the hard work of the group, Friends of Old St Michael’s, and extends its very best wishes for continued development of the site.
