Great British Game Week 2021

The motion

That the Parliament celebrates Great British Game Week 2021, which will be held across the UK from 22 to 28 November 2021; notes that the week-long initiative aims to promote and celebrate wild game, promoted by the British Association for Shooting and Conservation's (BASC) Eat Game initiative in partnership with the British Game Assurance’s Eat Wild campaign; understands that game meat is sustainable, lean, low in fat and is reported to have high nutritional value, and considers that gamekeepers, butchers and rural workers work hard to produce high quality Scottish game meat.
