Best Street Food: Relish It

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Kirkcaldy’s Relish it on being named as the Best Street Food at the Food Awards Scotland 2021; understands that the awards recognise the success of local professionals and establishments that continue to deliver great flavours and experiences to their customers; notes that the Relish journey started during a family barbeque and a quest to find the perfect relish, and led to Relish It owner, Konnor, following his passion and opening a food van selling butcher quality meat on rolls with the relish as a staple part of every one; recognises the recent successes of the business, which include the creation of two food products, the opening of its first shop and the much deserved recognition at the 2021 awards of Relish It's hard work and attention to detail; commends Konnor and the whole team, and wishes them all the very best for the future.
