Dessert Outlet of the Year: Novelli’s

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Novelli’s of Burntisland on its triumph in the category of Dessert Outlet of the Year at the Food Awards Scotland 2021; understands that the awards recognise the success of local professionals and establishments that continue to deliver great flavours and experiences to their customers; notes the success of the family-owned dessert parlour since it opened its doors on Burntisland High Street in June 2017, serving ice cream made fresh on the premises daily in an impressive variety of flavours, ranging from the traditional to the new tastes of Bailey’s pina colada, Biscoff, Jammie Dodger and salted caramel; recognises the contribution of the visually striking and award winning ice cream parlour to Burntisland High Street, and wishes Nova and Elise all the very best for the future.
