AgriScot Scotch Beef and Scottish Sheep Farm of the Year Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates 2022’s finalists in the AgriScot Scotch Beef and Scottish Sheep Farm of the Year Awards, including Borders shepherds Peter Hedley and Robert and Becca Rennie; recognises what it sees as the vital contribution that beef and sheep farmers make to Scotland’s rural economy; considers that it is important to support these farmers, and thanks them for what it sees as their hard work over the last year in continuing to put food on plates.
