Culloden Butcher Crowned Sliced Sausage Champion

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Ali Paul, owner of A&I Quality Butchers in Culloden, on being crowned the Sliced Sausage Champion in the Scottish Craft Butchers Awards 2022; commends Ali for winning the title and his use of locally-sourced beef in his sliced sausage creation; further commends Ali’s team who, it understands, throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, helped to deliver around 300 orders a week, and wishes A&I Quality Butchers continued success in next year’s awards.
