Congratulating British Army’s "Oarsome Foursome" on New World Record for Rowing Across Atlantic Ocean

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates British Army Physical Training Instructors, Captain Scott Pollock, Warrant Officer Class 1 Victoria Blackburn, Staff Sergeant Phillip Welch, and Sergeant Laura Barrigan, from team Force Atlantic 21; notes that they were competing in the Talisker Whisky Challenge of rowing across the Atlantic Ocean; further notes that the British Army's "Oarsome Foursome" set a new world record for a mixed crew at what it considers the incredible time of 40 days 23 hours and 57 minutes, given that the previous record was 42 days and 10 hours, and acknowledges that the team set off from the Canary Islands and arrived in Antigua and Barbuda, covering an immense 2,800 miles on the journey.
