Ben Reid Garden Centre Raises £2500 for Mental Health Aberdeen

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Ben Reid Garden Centre, Aberdeen, on raising £2,500 for Mental Health Aberdeen; understands that the family-run garden centre pledged £1 for every Christmas tree sold and that customers had the opportunity to match this or more when purchasing a tree; further understands that its donation will help to fund over 60 individual, face-to-face, counselling sessions; applauds what it sees as this generosity, in helping to improve people’s mental health around Aberdeen, and wishes all involved at Ben Reid Garden Centre the best for the future.
