Keep Scotland Beautiful 2022

The motion

That the Parliament commends the work that the environmental charity Keep Scotland Beautiful is doing by inviting community groups to boost their areas and join their two initiatives, Beautiful Scotland and It’s Your Neighbourhood; notes that the projects are run in partnership with the Royal Horticultural Society and allow volunteers and groups to benefit from free support, resources and recognition to help improve their local areas; understands that in 2021 Keep Scotland Beautiful supported over 250 groups across Scotland; further understands that groups with an interest in improving their local environment should register before 30 April 2022, and hopes that the initiatives are a great success.
