Borders and East Lothian U18s Rugby Team Victory

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Borders and East Lothian U18s Rugby team on their victory against Caledonia to win the U18 FOSROC Scottish Rugby Regional Championship; understands that the team consists of players from Hawick, Selkirk, Jedburgh, and Duns; further understands that Finn Douglas dived over the line to score his second try of the afternoon to secure the win; notes that the team enjoyed what it sees as a comprehensive victory over Caledonia, at the Greenyards, recently, to claim the Championship, and commends team members on their accolade, and thanks the coaches and parents for their efforts.
