Perthshire Projects Benefit from National Lottery Heritage Funding

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Lower City Mills project on receiving an Award Development Grant of £204,036, along with the People and Pollinators in Strathmore project on receiving a grant of £137,007, from the National Lottery Heritage Fund; notes that the Lower City Mills project aims to conserve the A-listed buildings in Perth city centre to create a National Milling Hub to deliver traditional building skills training; further notes that the Strathmore project is run by Buglife - The Invertebrate Conservation Trust, which works towards halting the decline of the UK’s pollinator insects and aids the recovery of insect numbers, and wishes both projects all the best for the future.
