Congratulating Stephen Clegg on World Series Gold Medal

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Borders’ para-swimmer Stephen Clegg, of Newcastleton, who earned a World Series gold medal after winning the Men's MC 100m Butterfly gold at the Para Swimming World Series competition, in Aberdeen, on 20 February 2022; notes that he was exceptionally close to claiming two world records, by 0.05 of a second; commends Stephen Clegg on his achievements, and wishes him well in future competitions.
