Nine-year-old from Lenzie Wins Point of Light Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Heather Bryson, a nine-year-old from Lenzie, on achieving the Point of Light Award, awarded by Ten Downing Street; applauds what it sees as Heather’s compassion and goodwill to volunteer her time; understands that, throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, she held regular exercise classes online for older people in care homes, including her grandmother, and others across the UK and beyond, and recognises what it sees as her goodwill in selling homemade crafts to raise money for charity.
