Bearsden First Aider Named Volunteer of the Year

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Shona Panton, who was named St Andrew’s First Aid Volunteer of the Year at the Scottish First Aid Awards 2022; understands that since April 2020, Shona has given up more than 800 hours to support the charity and has dedicated 35 years to volunteering, and acknowledges that she has been committed to playing an integral role in her community as a volunteer trainer and assessor, in which, it understands, she has helped to deliver formal qualifications to other volunteers.
