Lanarkshire School Children Raise Money for Ukraine

The motion

That the Parliament acknowledges Calderbridge Primary School students, who have been learning about the inspiring stories of the Ukrainian people walking to the Polish and Slovakian borders; understands that the Wishaw primary school opted to hold a sponsored walk named Journey with Ukraine to raise much-needed funds for the British Red Cross; notes that the sponsored walk consists of each class walking as many miles as possible within a given time around the school pitch, and congratulates the school's students for raising an amazing £2182.42 so far.
